Born as a Argentinian but living the biggest part of her life in Brazil, Natalia started her sports carrier as a professional swimmer.
Because of the impact that had on her life she decided to base her profession on sports and movement and graduated as a bachelor in physical education and a postgraduate in sports and injuries in S茫o Paulo (Brazil).
After some years as a professional sports coach and seeing both sides of the coin she fell in love with teaching the preventive and restorative benefits of Pilates and yoga to her clients. That bring her to the osteopathie school where she is still studying.
Natalia鈥檚 classes have a eclectic touch that is the result of her in-depth experience and knowledge of the world of promoting a more healthy and balanced way of moving.
